Must have considerable knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, equipment and processes used in forming industry.

Applicants should demonstrate readiness for physically demanding tasks, the ability to lift heavy loads, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

Pour, vibrate or spread concrete, cut wood, installing frames and forms.

Must be reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
